  I need to transfer ownership of the blog (free of charge) to any other person, is it possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, if you’re site Administrator, you can completely transfer ownership of a blog (including all upgrades) to another user.

  I can not complete the operation: “You can not transfer it to that user,” I do not know how to create an account in wordpress for the future owner. I created an account on the forum but does not work

  The user has to already HAVE an account. Once they’ve registered with WP.com it’s easy.

  but how do you register for an account without creating a new blog?
  the new owner must take possession of my blog, and on wp.com can create a new account ONLY if you create a new blog!
  It means that the new user MUST be already owner of another blog?
