change of the name and upgrade at the same time

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I used to have a free domain called: elbrusvolcan.wordpress.com. Now, I have changed it into mdrezaghanbari.wordpress.com.

    Now, I would like to know how I can upgrade it to the personal with knowing that I will be able to have the mdrezaghanbari.com as my domain name.

    I would highly appreciate if you could help me in this respect.
