Change of URL

  I want to change my blog URL to something else, but it says its not available even when I check it by going to the site, it says there’s no site under it (or rather, the previous owner deleted it). Why is this, and will I be able to change my url to that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress does not recycle deleted URLs. Once deleted an URL can not be used again by anyone, including the member who deleted the URL.
