change of URL appears to have broken blog

  I am attempting to move my blog domain from ‘pennylarterk.wordpress.com’ (my work email address) to ‘platanoslibrary.wordpress.com’ (my place of work) and I thought I had managed it, but now I am getting the error message ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. ‘

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ I think it is step 6 here where I went wrong, but I do not know how to fix it.
