Change Owner of Site to another Admin/User

  I have set up a site (kenmorecommunitygarden.org), and I’m ready to transfer ownership to another user. I still show up as a user/admin — but I just turned off the ‘automatic renewal of credit card’ so the new user could change it to hers, and now I am locked out of all the account payment site. She’s not completely set up yet. How can I get this set up for her? (We are both sitting here at a table now!)
