Change primary domain name
-
I would like to change my primary domain name ‘shamartritraining.wordpress.com’ to ‘shamarbibbins.wordpress.com’ How do I do this without creating a whole new blog page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Note that if you do this, you lose all google ranking and you can NEVER go back and use the old name. That’s why we usually recommend just setting the old blog as Private and importing the contents to a new blog; so you keep the URL and you have a private blog for testing widgets and themes.
If you insist, however, here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

ok got it. Then, how do I set my old blog as private and import the same content into a new blog?
Separately, I’m trying to figure out how to add the FB/twitter/print and email icons to appear at the end of the blogs. I went under “Settings” – “Sharing” and have these feature enabled, but not sure what else I need to do to get them to appear.

Set it to Private on Settings->Reading. Then go to the Tools page and create an Export file. Then on the Tools page of the new blog you’ve created, click Import. You may, if you have a lot of readers, wish to buy the redirect Upgrade, which moves them automatically to the new blog.
As you can see http://shamartritraining.wordpress.com/2013/01/06/temporary-pain-or-major-set-back/ the sharing buttons are appearing on each blog post. If you want them on the main page of the blog, you need to go to your settings and enable them on all index and other pages as well as blog posts.
