Change provider

  Hi, I’m currently changing my domain (which I purchased at WP) to another provider. The last status is:

  “If we do not hear from you before January 21, 2014, the transfer will proceed.”

  I contacted the new provider as well. They told me, that the current provider/WP has to confirm it first.

  Hope you can help me out.
