Change roll-over font in Rebalance WP theme

Hi! I am looking for how to change the rollover/accent font color from red to a dark green on the free Rebalance WP blog theme? The customizer for background colors and fonts allows for a change of 6 palettes with the ability to customize only the background and not to create a new palette! Would LOVE if someone could help me fix this — even willing to do a little html/source code edit if that’s a possibility.

It is not possible to edit the source code on WordPress.com.
The color palettes you see in the Customizer are the options that are available in your theme for free sites. For more control over this, including changing the hover-color for links, you’d need the Custom Design features included in our Premium and Business Plans.
