Change site region from Australia to Canada

  I created my wordpress site while I was in Australia but I moved to Canada. Now I want to upgrade. The problem is the purchases are displayed in AUD but I want to make my purchases in CAD, this is something that could be changed. I already tried the option of changing the location to Toronto but still no effect. Kindly help.
