change site title

  Hi I was recently given editor access to yalefoodsymposium.wordpress.com. I need to edit the title and tagline of the page but I don’t see a general settings option. Do I need a different status, or am I just not finding it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can go to Settings > General to change the title and tagline of your site.
