Change the account email address

    I would like to change the account email address to (email visible only to moderators and staff). However, it shows that it’s already used. I’ve permanently deleted the account associated with this email address and tried againm but didn’t work. (I think the address still exists in your database even after I deleted it

    Could you change the current address ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) ) to the new one ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) )?

    Hi there,

    You’ve deleted that account, yes, but the account information, including the email address, will only be deleted completely after 30 days. This is to give time to reverse the process should you change your mind.

    If you can’t wait that long, please reply to the account closure email we sent you to that address to request that the email is manually deleted from the account immediately.
