    After I registered with the university mailbox, I couldn’t get the upgrade plan.
    It should have been possible. Could I ask why?

    Maybe it’s because of my WordPress account registered in Hong Kong.

    It appears that your university is offering a WordPress hosting plan, so you need to contact them and see how to get that.

    We’re WordPress.com a different hosting platform and we’re not associated with any university to host students sites.
