Change the main email admin

    I did use an email to create my site: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    my site: nguyenhoanganthanh.wordpress.com
    and I added one more email to be an admin: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    However, my first email have been hacked, and I lost my passwords ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).
    Is there any solution to remove that email from my site? Thank you!

    Are you still able to log into the (email visible only to moderators and staff) WordPress.com account?

    If so, you could transfer ownership of the site to the newer (email visible only to moderators and staff) WordPress.com user account and then remove the older account from the site.

    staff-ozmodiar: thank you. I conducted transfer blog from (email visible only to moderators and staff) account to (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    However, I must log into the former to confirm, “You have been sent a transfer confirmation email to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please check your inbox and spam folder. The transfer will not proceed unless you authorize it using the link in the email.”
    I lost my passwords, so I cannot do this.

    Is there any solution?

    The best bet is to recover the ownership email and be able to access the inbox. However, you can reach out to the Account Recovery Team and they will be happy to look further into this for you:
