  Is this for your site, https://www.nawaemshop.com/? That site is not hosted here on WordPress.com, but is using the open source WordPress software found over on WordPress.org.

  To make this change you can either edit your theme, or simply add custom CSS in the Customizer. The WordPress.org forums is the best place to ask for advice on how to do that:
