  I have made a mistake in registering my new web. http://www.eduecotour.com. Can I change it to http://www.dutamutu.com

  It’s not possible to change the domain name, but you can cancel it and register a new one. If done within 96h since registration, we can refund the new domain’s price and bundle it with your plan.
  All must be done from the account that owns the domain, though, as I mentioned here: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/website-upgrade-5/.
