Change the order of Home page

  I will try to ask my question in english but I speak french, so excuse me for my errors.

  Is it possible to change the order of the Home page ?

  I would like to place this Home page after the page About on my blog. Then, the Home page will be the second page of my blog.

  Thank you for your response. If it is possible to write this response in french, I will appreciate.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
