  How do I change the primary site url name from earthselement.wordpress.com to something else? Do I have to start new?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you have multiple sites in the account, you can change the primary site at Account Settings.

  I mean that you may select which website is the primary site at Account Settings: https://wordpress.com/me/account.
