Change theme

  I am working on a new website, but now we want to change to a different theme.
  When i try this the site says not possible to change contact support.

  Please help, now them Lodestar, want to change to Gateway.

  When i try this the site says not possible to change contact support.

  What is the URL of the site you are working on?

  Once I know more, I’ll look into what is happening.
