Change theme from one I just purchased

  I would like to change the theme I bought for another one, as Pinboard is not working for the content I have. Can you please let me know how I can be refunded and/or choose another and have what I’ve already spent put toward the new theme? You sent me a confirmation e-mail for cancelling Pinboard, but the link doesn’t work. Thanks!

  I’m sorry Pinboard isn’t working out for you. If you think you might want to keep Pinboard, you can get help with the theme’s options directly from the theme author in the Pinboard support forum or get help customizing the theme from our CSS Customization forum.

  If you’re sure you don’t want it anymore, I can help you with the refund. You’ll need to switch to another theme on your blog first, before we can refund the theme purchase. You can browse new themes and activate a new one under Appearance > Themes in your blog’s dashboard.

  Once you have a new theme set up on your blog, you can use the “Cancel and Refund” link for a full refund (within 30 days of purchase) or let me know and I’ll take care of that refund for you.
