Change theme in free price plan

  Is it possible to change your wordpress theme with a free price plan or do you have to upgrade?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Click on “My Sites” top left. Scroll down to themes and click on the arrow next to “all” to see all the other free themes you can choose from.
