Change User for Billing Purposes

  I need to change the user that upgraded our account. I need to be the one responsible for renewing our plan and receive all notifications.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Sure, that’s no problem. Before we can transfer the upgrades to your account, however, we need the user who currently owns those upgrades to confirm the request.

  Can you please ask the current upgrade owner to contact us about that? Once they have confirmed that they want to transfer the upgrades, we can take care of that for you. :)

  Thanks for letting me know. I transferred the blog’s upgrades to your account, as requested, so you now own those upgrades and can manage/renew them.

  This also means that you now own and are responsible for the domain aiacoloradoepblog.com. Please be sure to log into the domain manager and update the domain’s contact information with your information. We have a guide for how to do that here: Domain Management – Update Contact Information
