  Please be descriptive username
  please I want to change my username and still using the same email

  when I change username they said the email is already used

  how can I change username without changing email address

  Hi there,

  You cannot use the same email for multiple accounts, so you must remove the email from the account you no longer want to use it for in order to update it for the new account.
