Change Username Administrator Email to gmail will not let me confirm the gmail.

    I have a Username Administrator Email (email visible only to moderators and staff) ( which is ATT ) for my WordPress Website ecommerce store. I no loner use ATT as a server & have been trying to replace the ATT email with my gmail. It has to be confirmed before it can be replace. It keeps saying there is a pending change of your email to example@gmail. com. WordPress isn’t sending email to my gmail so I can’t confirm the new gmail. Can someone tell me how to solve this?     Hi there, are you talking about on your account here, or are you talking about the email for millicanpictorialhistorymuseum.com? If the latter, that site is self-hosted and we have no control over that site.

    Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

    For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
