change username is not working

    I am trying to change my username but I am not getting the option in account settings, thanks in advance.

    Hi there,

    It looks like the username on your account was updated shortly after you posted this thread, so I’m marking this as resolved.

    For the sake of others looking for a solution to this problem, the issue here is that the account was not verified yet – you can’t change the username on an account unless the email address on the account has been verified and the account activated.
