Change webpage address name

  i want to change the web address for my blog I had purchased the premium version so i should be able to make it .com from .wordpress.com but when I am trying to change from Dashboard-MY Blog it says The page requested does not exist. Please help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  and i also want to change the name of it from SIMPLE SPLENDOUR DESIGN to SIMPLE SPLENDOUR INTERIOR

  To add a .com domain, simply log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard, click on Store–>Domains, enter the domain that you would like in the “add a domain” box and click the “add domain” button. Then simply follow the instructions that appear to register your domain.

  Let’s get the domain sorted out and then we can get the name set correctly.
