Change website name

  I tried to change the name of my site so I could recreate it completely. It directed me to pay for a new name, once i declined I cannot go back to my original site at all to make changes. I am now unable to fix anything on my site.

  Hi there,

  You can change your blog address by going to My Blogs, and clicking the Change Blog Address link that appears when you hover over the address you want to change:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/

  Note that you have the option to choose your user name to match the new blog address. If you choose this option, you will not be able to revert back to the original username, and it can affect profile URLs for other services such as Gravatar or IntenseDebate.
