Change WordPress.com Site Address + Upgrade plan for free domain

  Hi everyone,
  Hopefully someone can help me out here! Here are 2 things I’m trying to work on.
  1) Change WordPress.com Site Address
  And then
  2) Upgrade to a Personal Plan with Free domain for one year

  Just not sure the best way to do this. Is it NOT advisable to change WordPress site address as all the links will be broken and so on? Are there any other ways I can approach this?

  Hi Natta –

  You don’t need to touch the WordPress.com site address if you are going to upgrade with a custom domain. The custom domain is all that your viewers will see in their browsers.
