“Change Your Avatar” Gravatar-Support from wordpress.com as a plugin

    I’ve been wanting to this stuff with the “Change Your Gravatar” from my profile-options in the wordpress.com-backend within my blog. Is it possible to recreate it or is there any plugin wich automatically will make it work this lightbox-style to change the gravatar right out of the wp-admin?

    First off if you are talking plugins, you might in the wrong forum. What is the address of the blog you are talking about?
