Changed domain and url name -> can’t access website nor change it back

Hi! I changed my domain and url name to a broken domain name and now I can no longer access my site nor change it back in the same way I did before. I’m trying to read forums on how to do it, but I can’t figure it out or understand. I’m a COMPLETE newb here. I don’t know how to use an FTP or how to get to wp-config.php or whatever, and I’m not understanding the sites explaining them. I need a LOT of help.
