  How long does it take for a changed domain to take effect?

  Of what site are you speaking?

  Changing the address of a WordPress.com site takes effect immediately, but I don’t see any recent address changes on the site, http://laurasatoart160fall2017.wordpress.com/, and in fact it looks like you haven’t even logged into this account for over two years.
