Changed logging credentials

    I’m owner and my admin has been gone for a several years. I changed my login credentials.
    And I’m not the admin.
    It appears that the admin is the only person who can change the login credentials.
    I don’t think the Admin email is still valid.
    Before I sent email with not response.
    Please help me regain control on my WordPress site .
