changed my password cant login

  Hi

  I changed my password now i cant login, i generated the password copied it and saved it before i saved changes now its not working, tried forgot my password 3 times and still nothing was sent to me, just an hour before i got a email from the site saying there was issues, logged in fixed the updates changed the password not working now..

  how do i get back in?

  I’m not sure I understand, as it’s not possible to post in our support forum without first logging in to your account.

  So you seem to have access to your WordPress.com account based on that. Is it possible you created your site under a different login or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
