changed my site URL and can no longer login to my admin panel

  I changed my site URL using the instructions in the codex. Now I cannot access my site or login to the admin panel. I have tried every published solution (for several hours now) to no avail, including resetting the site url and home link in the database through the phpAdmin panel. My database settings don’t seem to stick.

  Please help.

  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, http://www.pp4h.org is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
