Changed phone number, unable to login without verification code

  Hi,
  I’ve tried to log into my main account (not this one) but unfortunately I am not able to log in due to the two step authentication active. I changed my phone and now I am not able to access my number nor my app to get the Two-Step Authentication code. I was looking for the Backup codes on my email but it seems I never printed them nor sent them to my email. I do know my account password but I can’t access the verification code. Please help me recover my account.
