Changed URL and can’t access dashboard

In a misguided attempt to have my wordpress site’s URL be a domain I purchased (annazeemont.com) I accidentally changed my URL either on the permalink or domain page and now can’t access my dashboard to change it back. I just want to be able to change it back, or, worst comes to worse, download/back up the pages I made on word press so that I can make a new site elsewhere.
