Changed url and now can’t access admin dashboard

    I had a site – https://cwtch.introtoecommerce.co.uk/
    and changed the url to https://cwtch.co.uk/ but now can’t access admin dashboard, the site and jetpack is no longer working.
    I’m new to this and after searching help have no idea about config files or what the hosting of the site is?

    Any help is gratefully appreciated.

    Please note that your site at cwtch.co.uk is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted by 123-reg.com. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    Please contact your hosting service provider for help with this. You shouldn’t generally change the site URL like this from your dashboard as there are other ways to change the site URL properly. Different hosting companies have different sets of instructions to achieve this, so you’d need to reach out to your hosting service provider (which I think is 123-reg.com based on the domain).

    As the site’s files are on their servers, they have access to them to fix this for you.
