Changed URL in settings – no access :(

    Hey,

    I recently changed my URL in settings, fo some reason I entered the domain name that I bought into settings and I no longer can access my site’s admin dashboard.

    Is this lost forever or is there a way to change it back?

    Appreciate any help.

    Your site is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    Changing the domain name in URL settings is usually not the right way to change the address of your site. You’d want to reach out to your hosting service provider for help with this. They can help with restoring the previous settings so that the site is accessible.

    Once the site is accessible, please ask them to change the domain for you.
