Changed username and my plan has gone from Personal to Free

Good afternoon,
Have paid for 1 full year as of March. After logging in to my account and updating my username among other things, the plan I paid for has reverted to the free version.
May I please have some assistance with this?

Our logs indicate you cancelled your Personal Plan at around 6AM UTC this morning, 40 minutes before posting this forum thread, and more importantly, five minutes before the username change on your account. So this wasn’t due to the username change.
I have restored the plan to your site, though I see the payment method we have on file for you is expired. You can add a new payment method to this upgrade from the Purchases page, to ensure the plan auto-renews correctly again next year.
