Changed Username, Lost Blog Images

  Hello, I decided to change my username and I selected the option to “Change example.wordpress.com to match my new username and create an empty blog with the old address”. I went from kellyroseknows.wordpress.com to kellyrosetierney.wordpress.com. I thought that was what I wanted, and it appears that it is, however none of the photos in my old blog posts transferred. Instead they show a broken image symbol. When I open my library images under KellyRoseTierney it shows that all the images are still there but for some reason they aren’t linking up. Some images transferred and some didn’t. Help! I can’t imaging having to go back and re-post my blogs with the correct photos and all the time I spent formatting them. Any help you can advice would be greatly appreciated.
