Changes done to website using wp-admin not reflecting in all machines

  Hello Team,

  My colleague has made some changes in website using wp-admin feature which includes redirection to https feature & HSTS feature. After applying the changes its only visible in very few machines. Most of the machines are still routing through http in between which accessing site using http in initial hop. Could you please let us know why the sites are behaving this way in different machines?

  Already tried cache clear from different browsers as well.
