Changes Not Updating Fast Enough

Hi. I’m working on this website and whenever I make a change and save, the change does not update until at least a few hours later. I’ve tried clearing caches everywhere and it only helps a little bit. I need instant updates. Any advice on how I can fix this issue?
The site I need help with is http://www.squeakermusic.com/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
