Changes to New Post screen?

    In the last few days, the New Post screen for my blog has become “simpler”, meaning it has moved features around, changed the editor, and apparently taken away the ability to link the “Featured Image” to another web page. Also, the Edit page feature for adding links no longer allows me to search my previous blog posts by keyword.

    Did I change something by mistake? Or did WordPress? And in either case, how do I change it back?

    WordPress.com changed it, and there are several hundred complaints about it so far. Nonetheless, I would not expect them to change it back. Construct your posts from the dashboard Add New Post page instead, and it’ll work fine.
