Changing a Blog Address

  The UI of the dashboard change and I don’t find how to change my blog address. I try to follow the guide (http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address) but it’s not up-to-date. Can you help me?

  The best route is simply to register the new address and import the content into the new site.

  @meydiem Do you see the “Change blog address” option when you hover over your site listed on this page ?
