Changing a website’s ‘nationality’/currency

  I live in England and am using WordPress to create a website for my sister who lives in Alaska. WordPress has detected I’m in England and is displaying prices in British pounds but my sister will want to pay in US dollars if she decides to upgrade to a paid plan. How do I change the website’s ‘nationality’? Changing the time zone (to Anchorage) and language (to English(US)) hasn’t helped.
