Changing account holder

  We have just taken over a practice that uses WordPress to edit the website domain. We have tried several times to contact the previous owners of the practice as ask them for the login to the WordPress account but they haven’t got back to us. I would like to ask if WordPress would be able to transfer the login details of our practice account allowing us access to edit our dental practice website, as there is a lot of errors with our website.
