Changing Admin Email Address

  Hello,

  I am the owner of https://michalminstertal.com. I am trying to change my admin email but when I do that I am getting this message ‘This address is used for admin purposes. If you change this, we will send you an email at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.’ and ‘There is a pending change of the admin email to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Cancel’ I have not received the email thus I am not able to confirm the new address. Can you help?

  Hi there,

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. Your admin account on that site has no connection to your WordPress.com username account, and the confirmation email is not sent from us, but from your WordPress installation on your hosting provider’s server.

  Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
