Changing Auto Payment Account

  My autorenewals are configured for a credit card and Paypal account that are no longer associated with my projects. I need to change payment accounts to a different Paypal account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can adjust that via Store -> My Upgrades in your blog’s Dashboard.

  Hi, Mac. Nice theory — but no can do in practice.

  From Store -> My Upgrades, I can CHANGE a credit card account, but I can’t SWITCH to a Paypal account. And I can ADD a credit card account for payments initially setup with a Paypal account… but again, I can’t CHANGE Paypal accounts.

  Sorry, I misunderstood the question as the last payments were made via credit card.

  At this time, PayPal does not support recurring payments through our system, so credit card is the only option for auto-renew.

  You can disable auto-renew from Store -> My Upgrades, then pay for a manual renewal via PayPal before the upgrades expire.
