Changing billing information

  Hi
  The fees for domain mapping of two of my websites have so far been paid by Elise Desaulniers (@elisedesaulnier) who has received a notification of automatic renewal and billing (she uses PayPal).
  But now I would like to pay the renewal myself (with a credit card). I have seen that I can enter a credit card information in the ‘billing’ section of my profile. But how do I assign the ‘mapping renewal fee’ to my profile? (I don’t want Elise to pay for that…)

  Hi there,

  For what domain is this? There is no username, “elisedesaulnier” in our system and your account does not own any domain mapping upgrades.

  If you have sites with domain mapping upgrades owned by another user, I will need that user to reply to this thread to request that we transfer the upgrades to your account.

  I see you are an admin, but not owner, on two sites. If you are speaking of those sites, and ownership of both the sites and the domain mapping upgrades should pass to you, then the current owner can transfer this sites to you following the instructions here:
