Changing blog address

  Failed to change blog address. New blog address would not registar and says “already in use”, but did we not just registar this address?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Well exactly what is the URL in question please staring with http:// ?

  the old one is http://thecoastline.wordpress.com and when i tried to change it to http://globalhappinessproject.wordpress.com
  it said already in use, but I`m pretty sure i created it…

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
