Changing Blog Name to an Innactive URL

    I’m looking to change my blog URL to its title, Hart to Hearts. I am unable to do this at this time because it says the domain name is already in use. However, after visiting harttohearts.wordpress.com, it appears to be blank and innactive. I am wondering if there is any way to take down that site so that I can use the URL. Thank you for any help that you can provide!

    Hi there,

    The WordPress.com domain name or URL which is already used by someone else, you won’t able to use it without the owners’ consent.
    You may be able to obtain it for your use if the owner of the blog agrees to transfer it to you.
